Hey Gang,
Sorry I’ve haven’t written in a while. I have plenty of updating to do. So let’s get to it.
Before I took off for Thanksgiving I got the opportunity to play in a poker/golf tournament. Basic gist of it was that your golf score determined the number of additional chips you received when you sat down at the poker tournament at the end of the day. You got 10 additional chips for each point you scored on the golf course. Point break down was:
1. 1 Point for a boogie
2. 2 Points for a par
3. 3 Points for a birdier
4. 5 Points for a eagle
5. 7 Points for an albatrose.
Thankfully I remembered why my last golf outing score was so good the morning I arrived at the club. I had played in a company golf scramble where the best ball is played. So I made sure to get the maximum amount of strokes allowed on each hole. Which helped tremedously because I ended up scoring 19 points at the end of the day.
The golf course was absolutely gorgeous. It’s in a small private community just south of Tamarindo and just north of Avellanas. The greens, fairways, and service were bar none the best I had seen. Which isn’t saying too much considering I don’t play golf much. But if you are an avid golfer you would have been impressed. Below are a bunch of pictures I took of the course. Enjoy!

The poker was less eventful. I was the 3rd one out after bout an hour. And to be honest I was ready to go home. I was so fringin exhausted. Anyways hope you enjoyed. I’ll have a few more blog updates in a few days.
Hey, when I come down there what are the chances I can get on this course? I like the layout and the location. It sets up well for my game, long and straight. You know how I do.
